11. PAID POSTINGS Spudslistings may charge a posting fee for content based on the duration of your material that you chose. There are different duration fees for different duration periods, and our duration fees are highly reasonable when compared with other advertising sites, especially with respect to certain categories. There is also the option of reaching much more traffic and suspected buyers through our paid home page featured, gallery posting, or featured top of the page category listings. All fees for postings are non- refundable. All fees paid will be non-refundable in the event that Content is removed from the Service for violating the TOU. Payment is done by paypal prior to posting your content, any fraud related incidents will be reported to the proper authorities.

12. INDEMNITY By agrreing to our terms of use you agree not to hold spudslistings or any of its agents, employees, or anyone else accountable or liable for any loss or damage you may experience on our site or through external links. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the TOU or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies.
